Featuring local organic cherries from Jones Farms in Granger, WA. Currently using Chelan and Benton's varieties! Note: these pies will taste slightly different from previous cherry pies since I'm using 100% sweet local cherries (previous batches used a blend of sweet and sour)

Hi, I’m Sayaka! I grew up in a family of cooks and have spent the last 17 years working across the food industry in many different roles, learning every part of the process along the way.
Now, I’m starting my first food business—a home bakery focused on pies made with care, seasonality, and high-quality ingredients.
What began in my home kitchen has grown into Ellensburg Pie Co., created to share something simple, honest, and made with intention.
