*Next Pie Drop opens Sunday, June 21 at 4:00 pm for delivery in Ellensburg on June 25

Each week (excluding farmers market weeks on the first Saturday of each month), I release a small batch of scratch-made pies for pre-order and delivery.

Pies are made in limited quantities using high-quality ingredients and PNW-grown fruit. Because everything is baked in small batches, availability is limited.

How It Works

1. Weekly Release (excluding farmers market weeks on the first Saturday of each month)
Pie orders open Sundays at 4pm. The available flavors and quantities will be posted online. Orders close Tuesday at 4pm for deliveries on Thursday.

2. Place Your Order
Choose your pies while they’re available. Once they sell out, ordering closes for the week.

3. Fresh Preparation
All pies are made in small batches and prepared fresh for your local delivery.

4. Delivery
I currently offer free local deliveries in Ellensburg (98926). Orders are delivered straight to your door on Thursday afternoon.
